1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 365apk platform — whether through a web browser, mobile browser, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player") and 365apk (the "Platform" or "we").

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 365 apk platform. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all services offered by 365apk, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, fish games, and any promotional or bonus offers. Additional terms specific to individual promotions may apply and will be published separately at the time each promotion is launched.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on 365apk, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 365apk is strictly a 21+ platform. Proof of age may be requested at any time and failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in account suspension.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated registrations are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by 365apk or any third-party responsible gaming body that covers our platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or placing bets on 365apk.
• You must not hold any existing active or suspended account on 365apk under the same or any other identity.

By completing registration on 365apk, you warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you meet all eligibility criteria listed above. 365apk reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met, with all balances handled in accordance with applicable platform policy.

3. Account Responsibilities

Each registered player on 365apk is solely responsible for the security and activity of their account. The following obligations apply to all account holders:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 365apk login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify 365apk customer support immediately via live chat if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on 365apk are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following deposit methods are currently supported: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. 365apk does not currently accept foreign currency deposits or international payment cards.

• Minimum deposit: PKR 300 per transaction.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your 365apk account balance within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation.
• Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take between 15 and 60 minutes to reflect, depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.
• All funds deposited into your 365apk account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits made from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited.
• 365apk does not charge a fee for processing deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply its own transaction charges, for which 365apk accepts no responsibility.
• 365apk reserves the right to request evidence of the payment source as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in the deposit being held or reversed.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 365apk account are processed in PKR to your registered JazzCash wallet, EasyPaisa wallet, or bank account (HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank). The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum withdrawal: PKR 500 per transaction.
• Your account must have passed KYC verification before a withdrawal request will be processed. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but will not be permitted to withdraw until identity verification is complete.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. 365apk will not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take up to 60 minutes.
• 365apk reserves the right to conduct additional security and AML checks before processing withdrawal requests, which may extend the standard processing timeframe. Players will be informed if their withdrawal is subject to an extended review.
• Any pending bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before the bonus-derived portion of a balance can be withdrawn. Real-money deposits that have not been subject to a bonus offer may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC completion.
• Repeated deposit and immediate withdrawal activity without meaningful gameplay may be flagged as suspicious and investigated. 365apk reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation in such cases.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

365apk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions timed around PSL, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and other significant occasions in the Pakistani calendar. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion's specific terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for each bonus is specified in the individual promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are separate from your real-money balance. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time. Activating a new bonus before the existing one is completed or forfeited is not permitted.
• 365apk reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Players who are identified as engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedged bets to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploiting a platform error to claim unauthorised bonuses — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed for suspension.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to 365apk support immediately. Continued play using erroneously credited bonus funds does not constitute entitlement to those funds.

7. Gaming Rules

All games available on the 365apk platform — including cricket and sports betting markets, live casino tables, slot games, and fish games — are governed by the specific rules published for each game or game category. By participating in any game on 365apk, you acknowledge and agree to the following general gaming terms:

• All game outcomes on 365apk are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or by live real-world events in the case of sports betting and live casino. 365apk does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed except where 365apk expressly offers a cash-out or bet cancellation feature for that specific market.
• In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or game malfunction during a game session, 365apk's technical logs will be used to determine the fair resolution. 365apk's decision in such matters is final.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• PSL and international cricket betting markets are subject to the outcome of the relevant match as determined by the official governing body (PCB or ICC). Void rules and settlement rules specific to cricket markets are published in the sportsbook terms.
• Live casino game rules, including minimum and maximum table bet limits, are displayed within each game interface and may vary by table and by time of day.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 365apk platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the 365apk platform in place of a human player.
• Colluding with other players on live casino tables or in any multiplayer gaming format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using information obtained through cheating, hacking, or exploitation of a software vulnerability to gain an advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial activity intended to obscure the origin of funds through the 365apk platform.
• Registering under a false identity or misrepresenting your age, location, or identity during the KYC verification process.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology specifically to circumvent geographic restrictions or platform security measures.
• Placing bets on sporting events where you have access to inside information not available to the general public.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any 365apk software, platform code, or game logic.

9. Responsible Gaming

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 365apk's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any gaming activity shall be limited to the value of the player's account balance at the time the claim arises.

365apk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a player's use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational damage.

365apk does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary platform unavailability. 365apk will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

13. Termination

365apk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity as defined in Section 8.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A valid legal, regulatory, or law enforcement directive requiring the account to be closed.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting 365apk support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonuses subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe.

Accounts closed due to Terms violations, fraud, or prohibited activity will have their balances handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with 365apk's internal compliance procedures. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, funds may be withheld in full pending regulatory and legal proceedings.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of the 365apk platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should cease use of the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the 365apk platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 365apk is licensed and incorporated.

In the event of a dispute between a player and 365apk, the player should first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting 365apk customer support via live chat. 365apk undertakes to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and to work in good faith towards a fair resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with 365apk support, the player may escalate the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanism as specified in the platform's licensing conditions. 365apk's decisions in relation to game outcomes, bet settlements, and account security matters are final and binding, subject only to manifest error.
